RPM Home Inspections was established in 2009 to help home owners and buyers in Virginia and Washington DC with their home inspections. We offer our professional services to clients who want to have peace of mind when performing their greatest acquisitions – their house.

Bobby Mayberry is the owner of RPM Home Inspect, LLC. He brings a wealth of information and hands-on experience to this industry.

Bobby was in the residential and commercial construction industry for over 28 years before starting this inspection company. Understanding what is going on behind the drywall is a huge advantage when you’re doing a building inspection.

His property inspections are detailed, thorough and full of information. He is ASHI Certified (American Society of Home Inspectors) and a Virginia State Certified inspector.

Working with RPM Home Inspect, LLC. Within 24 hours you will receive a thorough report of the systems and components, complete with images, photos and suggested solutions (including how to repair specific problems).
